Клиент вправе выбрать один из следующих тарифных планов:

- «Базовый» - 200 долларов США;

- «Горячая линия техподдержки» - 250 долларов США;

- «Оптимальный» - 700 долларов США;

- “Золотой партнер” – 2000 долларов США (доступен только в альтернативной версии регистрационного соглашения, которая размещена на стр. https://support.libris.com/version2_terms_of_use.html );

В случае подключения Клиентом к охранному модулю «Анти-кража домена» («АКД») стоимость тарифных планов для такого Клиента составит:

- «Базовый» (с предоплаченной функцией «АКД») - 1200 долларов США;

- «Горячая линия техподдержки» (с предоплаченной функцией «АКД») - 1250 долларов США;

- «Оптимальный» (с предоплаченной функцией «АКД») - 1700 долларов США;

Подключение Клиентом к охранному модулю «Анти-кража домена» («АКД») не является обязательным и осуществляется исключительно по волеизъявлению Клиента (см. п. 3.3. Соглашения о регистрации доменного имени).

Специальные сборы:

1) Cбор за продление регистрации Доменного имени после истечения срока его регистрации (ст. 8.3.1 Соглашения о регистрации доменного имени) (post-expiration renewal fee) - 25 долларов США (эквивалентно в российских рублях по курсу ЦБ РФ);

2) Сбор за восстановление регистрации доменного имени - в размере эквивалентном 160 долларов США (пар. 8.4. Регистрационного соглашения).

VIP-тарифные планы для наилучшей защиты титула

«Защита легитимного интереса» - 500 долл. США стартовый взнос и далее 120 долл. США в год , который включает в себя следующие (включенные (предоплаченные) в тариф и доступные как дополнительная опция) услуги (оказываются Регистратором и/или привлеченными им третьими лицами (юридическими консультантами; техническими экспертами и т.д.)), транзакции, связанные с дополнительными консультациями, оплачиваются дополнительно:

1) обеспечение соблюдения прав Клиента в части языка и удобной юрисдикции с полным соблюдением требований применимого права.
2) бета-анализ наличия у Клиента прав и законных интересов и добросовестности титула в рамках проверки его заверений и гарантий согласно пар. 3.7.7.9 Соглашения об аккредитации регистраторов 2013 (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/approved-with-specs-2013-09-17-en); абз.3 пар.4.1.6 Соглашения о регистрации доменного имени («Клиент гарантирует наличие у него прав и законных интересов для регистрации избранного Доменного имени, в том числе имеет надлежащим образом оформленные полномочия от третьих лиц (как физических, так и юридических лиц) для выполнения настоящего Соглашение и исполнения своих обязательства по нему») и принципа KYC.
3) Обеспечение юридической поддержки и защиты прав и законных интересов Клиента в судах общей юрисдикции и в арбитражных судах РФ в части касающейся исполнения обязательств Регистратора по оказанию услуг в рамках данного тарифного плана.

Способы обеспечения обязательств Регистратора по данному тарифному плану:
1) Страхование ответственности.
При возникновении риска нарушения и/или невозможности исполнения, полностью или частично, Регистратором своих обязательств по тарифному плану, Регистратор обязан в порядке, предусмотренном соглашением с консорциумом клиентов (регистрантов доменных имен) (список регистрантов-участников Консорциума приводится в постоянно обновляемом приложении 1 к Меморандуму Общества взаимного страхования «Вотум», который может быть представлен по запросу Клиента в момент подключения к данному тарифному плану) сформировать накопительный фонд в размере 100% от стоимости тарифного плана для каждой доменной регистрации, принадлежащей входящим в консорциум регистрантам (клиентам) и задепонировать 25% от указанной суммы на счете ОВС «Вотум» или его дочерних компаний. При этом, подключение к тарифному плану автоматически влечет вхождение Клиента в указанный Консорциум с распространением на него всех прав и привилегий, связанных с таким участием.
2) Штрафная неустойка.
В случае неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения Регистратором своих обязательств в рамках данного тарифного плана, последний обязуется выплатить Клиенту штрафную неустойку в размере двойной стоимости тарифного плана исходя из сумм оплаты услуг Регистратора, фактически полученной от Клиента.

The Client may choose one of the following tariff plans:

“Basic” – USD 200

“Hot-line support” – USD 250

“Optimal” – USD 700

“Golden Partner” - USD 2000 (available only for alternative version of the domain name registration agreement which can be found at: https://support.libris.com/version2_terms_of_use.html )

Should the Client switched to the security module “Domain Anti-theft” (“DAT”) the tariff plans for the Client shall be:

- “Basic’’ (with the pre-paid function “DAT”) – 1200 USD;

- “Hot-line technical support” (with the pre-paid function “DAT”) – 1250 USD;

- “Optimal” (with the pre-paid function “DAT”) – 1700 USD.

Connecting to security module “Domain Anti-theft” is optional and is implemented solely by the client’s consent (see section 3.3. of the Agreement on domain name registration.)

Special fees.

1) Fee for renewal of the Domain name registration during post-expiration periods (see Section 8.3.1 of the Domain name registration agreement) - 25 USD (in Russian rubles calculated at Central Bank of Russia exchange rate);

2) Fee for redemption service - $160 (par. 8.4 of the Domain name registration agreement).

VIP Protection of a legitimate interest

"VIP Protection of a legitimate interest" - 500 USD set up fee and further on 120 USD per year, which includes the following (prepaid or available on request) services (to be rendered by the Registrar and/or by the third parties, authorized by the Registrar (legal consultants, technical experts, etc.)), any additional consultations are to be paid separately:
1) enforcement of the rights and legitimate interests of the Client in terms of his language and jurisdiction preferences in full adherence with the requirements of the applicable law.
2) beta-analysis of the Client's rights and legitimate interests and the good faith standing of his entitlement over the registered domain name (-s) as part of the verification procedure of the Client’s reps and warranties under par. 3.7.7.9 of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement 2013 (see: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/approved-with-specs-2013-09-17-en); to ensure the compliance with subpar. 3 of section 4.1.6 of the Domain Name Registration Agreement ("The Client guarantees that he has the rights and legitimate interests to register the selected Domain name including having duly executed powers from third parties (both individuals and legal entities) to fulfill this Agreement and the obligations thereupon") and in order to duly exercise the KYC principle as a matter of prudent day-to-day Registrar’s practice.
3) Enhancing legal support and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Client in the courts of general jurisdiction and in the commercial courts of the Russian Federation within the course of the execution of the Registrar's obligations and liabilities to provide services under this tariff plan.

Note: for comparison, according to par. 3.1.4 ("d" ("ii")) of Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy the standard pending period is 60 days from the date of initial registration or prior transfer).

The Registrar's obligations under this tariff plan are secured and guaranteed as follows:
1) Liability insurance.
When the reasonably foreseen risks of failure to deliver and/or impossibility of performance, in whole or in part, by the Registrar of its obligations under the tariff plan arise, the Registrar shall, in accordance with his undertaking with a Consortium of registrants (list of participants of the Consortium is under continuously update of Appendix 1 to the Memorandum of mutual insurance company "Votum», which can be enquired by the Client, once he selected this tariff plan) shall secure his obligations by forming an accumulative fund to cover 100% of the full cost of the tariff plan per all and every domain registrations, sponsored by the participants of the Consortium and deposit 25% of the specified amount of his aggregate liabilities at the account of OVS "Votum" or its subsidiaries. At the same time, subscription to the tariff plan automatically entails the Client's enrollment into the Consortium mentioned here above to the beneficial effect of extension of all rights and privileges, associated with such participation.
2) Penalty.
In case of failure or lack of performance by the Registrar of its obligations thereunder, the Registrar undertakes to pay down to the Client a penalty fee in the amount of double value of the tariff plan, based on the amount of registration (or renewal) fees, actually received from the affected Client.
